I don't think it's personal @Patricia1 or that you are doing anything wrong. Debenhams as a company seem very 'hit and miss' in regards to sending out emails. I used to get regular beauty club emails and now they seemed to have stopped ages ago and I never changed anything. I also stopped getting emails from them when I order something online and that has been years and years even after contacting them about it countless times! I just gave up! If you want to find out anything about Debenhams your best bet is this community as at least one of the members seems to know more than the staff!
